Ever notice how a little bit of sparkle (and maybe a 4 inch heel) make you feel more confident, or is it just me?! Thursday, I had the opportunity, as nerve racking as it was, to address some of the top business leaders in the state (including the Governor) at a luncheon. I was NERVOUS as I paced around my hotel room practicing my comments. Then, shortly before noon, I put on my sparkly peep-toes and headed, confidently down the hall. In case you are wondering, I didn't stumble on my words or my heels!
