So I may be a little behind the whole Greek Yogurt trend, but today I finally tried some. In short: It. Was. Amazing. It is so much creamier than regular yogurt! The jury is still out as to whether or not I stay "full longer", but I'll surely let you know! I also plan to use it to cook with the next time a recipe calls for sour cream. Typically, I use regular fat free yogurt, but this is so much creamier, it will probably add a much better consistency to sauces and things.
